  • Date options: The dates and times you add to your poll
  • Participant names: Names entered by participants when voting
  • Votes: Which dates each participant selects

Technical Data

  • Server logs: Basic request logs for security and debugging (retained for 30 days)
  • No cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or analytics
  • No accounts: We don't require registration, so we don't store email addresses or passwords

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Display your scheduling poll to participants
  • Record and display votes
  • Calculate and show the best meeting times
  • Maintain and improve our service

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. Period.

Poll data is only visible to people who have the poll's unique link. We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • To protect our rights and safety

4. Data Retention

Polls and their associated data may be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity to keep our service clean and efficient. Active polls are retained indefinitely.
