What We Love About When2meet
Completely Free

Clean, focused experience
Shareaslot keeps all of these principles while updating the experience for modern devices.
The Mobile Problem
When2meet was built in an era of desktop computers. Its signature click-and-drag time grid is intuitive with a mouse, but becomes frustrating on a touchscreen.
Today, most people check their messages and respond to scheduling requests on their phones. If your scheduling poll doesn't work well on mobile, you'll lose responses.
Shareaslot was designed mobile-first. Every interaction feels natural whether you're on a phone, tablet, or desktop.
Why Choose Shareaslot
Mobile-first design
Voting on your phone is just as easy as on desktop. No pinching, zooming, or accidentally selecting the wrong time slot.
Availability at a glance
A fresh design that looks good and is easy to understand at a glance. No confusing grids or cluttered layouts.
Same simplicity, faster
We kept what works about When2meet—the simplicity and free model—while making the experience faster and more intuitive.
How it works
Same four steps you already know from When2meet, minus the fiddly grid.
Pick your dates
Name your event and tap the days you're considering. That's the whole setup—no time grid to paint.
Share the link
You get one link. Drop it in a group chat, an email, or a Slack channel—nobody needs an account to open it.
Everyone votes—on any device
Each person enters their name and taps the dates that work. Big, thumb-sized targets mean it's just as easy on a phone as on a laptop.
See the winner
Shareaslot shows exactly who is available on each date, so the option that works for the most people is obvious at a glance.
